Valde Capital focuses on acquiring and operating profitable small and mid-sized businesses generating $500k–$5M in annual EBITDA, with strong underlying fundamentals.We target companies with stable and predictable cash flow, defensible market positions, recurring or repeat customer relationships, and clear opportunities for operational improvement.Our approach is disciplined and selective. We aim to acquire 1 business unit every 1-3 year. Each acquisition is approached with care, ensuring cultural alignment, operational stability, and long-term potential.This is not a roll-up for the sake of scale - it’s a long-term platform designed to compound trust, people, and performance.Value is created through active ownership and operational involvement, margin improvement and cost discipline, selective growth initiatives, and long-term capital allocation decisions.We typically seek to acquire businesses where succession is a key driver, allowing for a smooth ownership transition and continuity for employees and customers.The objective is to build a concentrated portfolio of high-quality businesses, generating consistent cash flow and attractive risk-adjusted returns over time.

Valde Capital is founded by David Valde.David has a background in electrical engineering and hands-on operational experience. He has been involved in starting and scaling several businesses, gaining practical insight into what drives sustainable growth and long-term value creation.Valde Capital was founded on a simple belief: that real value is created in the operations of real businesses, and that there is a more thoughtful and disciplined way to acquire and grow them.David’s approach is grounded and execution-focused.
